• Files are provided in .zip or .pdf format and are compatible with major devices and design software.

3. License of Use

By purchasing from BuildYourArcade™, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials included in the bundle.

Personal Use License (default):

You may use the purchased guides and designs for personal projects and home arcade builds.

Commercial License (optional):

If purchased as an add-on (Arcade Builder’s Commercial License™), you are authorized to sell physical arcade machines or vinyl designs created using the materials from the Arcade Builder’s Bundle™.

Restrictions:

• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the original digital files (guides, templates, or artwork) is strictly prohibited.

• You may not claim the designs, logos, or materials as your own.

• You may not sublicense, modify, or republish the files without permission.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or Mollie Payments.

• By completing a purchase, you authorize BuildYourArcade™ to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due.

5. Delivery of Files

After successful payment, you will receive:

• Instant access via a download page and a confirmation email containing your download links.

• All files provided in a single, organized package (.zip or .pdf).

If you encounter download issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at info@buildyourarcade.com.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds are only issued if:

• The file is corrupted or defective, or

• The product cannot be downloaded due to a verified technical issue on our side.

All materials, guides, and branding are the exclusive property of BuildYourArcade™.

BuildYourArcade™ provides original blueprints and artistic vinyl skin designs for hobbyist and creative use.
